• Do not leave unrefrigerated food inside the bag for an extended period.
• Bentos are dishwasher safe in top shelf (includes bamboo cover).

All KARRICO orders are shipped within standard 1-3 business days anywhere in the U.S.

KARRICO will ship orders the same day if received by 12:30 pm EST Mon-Fri.

All orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

KARRICO is not liable for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances. This can include natural disasters, carrier demands or disputes, domestic or international customs embargo, or seasonal shipping demands.

We ship all orders to the provided address. We do not accept address changes by email.

KARRICO currently does not deliver items to P.O. Boxes.
